Pedaling.Tv is a new web based series that will be highlighting the best of cycling and food - starting with new York City.
WHAT IT IS:
PEDALING: is a host-driven and character based web-series. Each episode highlights the best and most eclectic riding in the area and culminates in an informative and engaging lifestyle activity.
PEDALING Series is an original production of Panforte Productions and BrakeThrough Media. PEDALING NYC is presented in partnership with Specialized Bicycles, Whole Foods Market, Capo Forma, and with the promotional support of Bike New York.
THE CONCEPT:
Equipped with only two wheels and a love of communing, our social-savvy hosts embark on culinary bike tours throughout the New York City metropolitan area - exploring each unique neighborhood’s vibrant characters, scenic destinations, and memorable rides. PEDALING hosts will guide viewers through some of the city’s best nooks and crannies. Episodes will contain practical tips for urban cycling, including an inside peek at a professional bike fitting, traffic etiquette, and where cyclists in the area ride, eat, and live. Special guest stars and a few unexpected forks in the road lie in store for our PEDALING hosts.
This Urban PEDALING series focuses on the city-centric and eco-conscious commuter, the hip fixie pedaler with his underground eateries, and the dedicated female road rider who finds secret cycling gems amidst this concrete mecca. Their adventures will bring us on backdoor visits to prominent local chefs, offer tips on easy bike-snack shopping at organic markets, and weather hours in the saddle to track down a mobile brick pizza oven deep in Brooklyn.
